Whether you begin with a detailed tech pack, a reference garment, artwork, or an early product idea, our team organizes the project, selects the appropriate manufacturing resources, and coordinates every stage required to turn that idea into a finished, delivered apparel program.
We begin with your product concept, tech pack, reference garment, artwork, target quantity, size range, price objective, delivery date, and destination. If the program is still being developed, we help organize the information needed to move forward.
We review construction, machinery, materials, finishing, decoration, capacity, compliance needs, and production timing, then coordinate the project with the appropriate Egyptian manufacturing partner.
Fabric construction, composition, GSM, stretch, finish, color, trims, labels, and packaging are aligned with the product’s performance, appearance, and commercial requirements.
We structure a workable production solution around the product and target quantity. Pricing is developed from the confirmed fabric, construction, decoration, trims, packaging, volume, and delivery terms.
Patterns and size specifications are prepared or reviewed, followed by prototype, fit, fabric, color, print, embroidery, label, and packaging samples as required for the program.
Buyer feedback is translated into clear revisions. Final measurements, materials, colors, artwork, trims, labels, finishing, and packing details are confirmed before bulk manufacturing.
Approved materials move into knitting or sourcing, dyeing, finishing, testing, cutting, printing or embroidery, sewing, garment finishing, and bulk production with coordinated progress updates.
Quality coordination can include incoming fabric review, measurements, construction, workmanship, color, decoration, inline checks, finished-garment inspection, and packing verification.
Finished goods are folded, labeled, packed, and prepared according to buyer requirements. Commercial, shipping, origin, and applicable QIZ documentation are coordinated for the shipment.
We coordinate the agreed air or sea freight process, shipment documents, customs-clearance support, and delivery planning through arrival at the buyer’s requested destination.
